Run
Comments: Thought I was in the red but looking back I really wasn't. I don't know what happened in mile 2. I was pacing a guy in the first mile who shot past me at the clock so I tailed him to draft a little bit. We slowed to the point that I got to mile 2 25 seconds slower. Dropped him there. What would you do differently?: Run faster. Post race
Warm down: Talked to people who are faster. Laughed at myself. Ran 1.25 to cool down. What limited your ability to perform faster: The government and Keebler (damn tree elves!) Event comments: Last updated: 2008-03-29 12:00 AM
