I don't think I met you at tri night.  The YMCA tri club is meeting at the fort frazier trail at PCC at 2pm Sunday for a ride/run if you are interested in meeting some other tri people, most are at the beginner stages like ourselves.  Kids are welcome to join, so bring your tri-partner.  My planned workout is an hour and half bike(half our warm up/half hour tt/half hour cool down) and a 40 minute run. Everyone goes at their own pace, but it is still pretty cool to meet up with a group.

Does anyone know if the sprint is a beach run?  And was it a wear wetsuit legal race last year?

The water right now is 78 deg and should be in the 80's by race day. No wetsuits last year. The run is an out and back with the last 1.5 miles along the beach. The tide had gone out a little bit so there was some hard-packed sand. The hard sand was at a 20 deg angle which explained why my left knee hurt the next day (final leg was south to north along the beach).

I'll be there again, great race!
