Comments:

Felt like I was lacking a bit of power during the middle of the course but overall it was a very good ride, especially after racing on Sunday.
My goal of the season was to do a sub 26min 10mile TT so to be so close to 25mins was really great.

I misjudged how close I was to the finish and started my all out effort too early so I had to back off a little then restart my sprint to the line.

What would you do differently?:

Didn't really get the hills right. I chose to stand on some of them but then my legs felt dead for a few seconds afterwards, costing me time. I think it would be better to just stay aero and spin up them - they are only very short.

Wait about 45 seconds longer before giving it absolutely everything to the line.

Rode back to the HQ then back home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My legs felt OK after racing on Sunday but I have not been sleeping well since then so I felt really tired today.
