Comments: For my first race of the year and the cold windy conditions I wasn't to disappointed. My legs felt good, given how dead they were after wednesday's run. I knew the leader's were going to run a sub 20, but I didn't really push myself to keep up. What would you do differently?: Push myself harder. Its amazing how quickly the pain you feel running a race subsides after you finish. It always makes me kick myself for not pushing harder. Would love to finish a race without that regret. Post race

Woke up 2 hours before race start. Ate breakfast (PB on toast and a slice of roast beef) and hydrated.
Biked to the event. Jogged at a really easy pace for 2 min.
