Keep my head up.
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

I need to keep my head up when I run. I was about 75 yards from the finish line when I looked up and saw the banners. Then, I started to sprint. I should also pay close attention to the director. He told us where the course would end.

Event comments:

There were no Post race activities. I'll do it again next year.
