I'll keep going at it. Total was supposed to be 3000, did 3397 total including my max. I hope everyone got what they were looking for. Erik |

Somehow I had never figured out what everybody's quotes about teams and challenges and stuff meant until yesterday! I am so in on this one. I'm looking for a running one, too. I'm thinking of that Russian thing - my coworker (we work in one big room) already thinks I'm off my friggin' rocker! I'll figure out my max before Aug 1 and use that to figure out a monthly average. We gonna use the same system? I didn't read far enough through the posts to see if that system ended up working for everyone. |

Re the "running challenge" - Check out the August challenge thread (stickied to the top of the forum). You can do running and/or swimming and/or biking and/or weightloss.
