The thing about the adamo is that the rails where most of these systems grab is pretty much vertical, where 99% of the saddles on the market go up at almost a 45 degree angle. Your best bet might be the Tacx carrier, as there is a wide range of angles you can set the cages.

I have an adamo saddle with xlab superwings ,no problem to install them .You can set your super wings to a lot of different angles.

I ride the Adamo race with a flatwing. The rail system IS somewhat unorthodox, but you can generally slide the flatwing hardware down to the bottom of the rails (assuming you don't have the saddle all the way forward). No adjustments for cage angle, though. Not a problem for me, but others may not agree.
