awful swim.. went out way too hard.. could never catch my breath... ended up breast stroking half the way... felt dizzy through transition and took until about 5 miles into the bike to get back at it...
What would you do differently?:

see comments... go out slowly...

For someone who says they had a tough time on the swim you sure know how to pull the rest of the race off flawlessly.   Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry impressed.
