Woke up at 4:30 ate a bagel and a banana.
Event warmup:

The buoys were set up the previous night. High winds blew them out further out. This increased the overall distance. The swim time also included a 100 yard run from the beach to transition.
What would you do differently?:

not much, I swam at about 80% and felt pretty good

This was sub par for me. I was expecting to run around 25 minutes. The first half mile was really slow, my legs felt tired. I started to pick up but I couldn't shake the side ache. I finally felt decent on the last half mile, good enough to sprint it out and pass a couple of people at the finish.
What would you do differently?:

suck it up and run faster!
