I completed a couple sprints and an olympic back in 2001. I'm back at it and planning on doing the wildflower half-ironman. I'm excited to be back doing triathlons and to have found this group.

Welcome!  You will find a lot of great info here, but with a couple of tris under your belt, you'll probably be giving advice also. 

By the way, I'm from los angeles also, what part do you live in?  I'm live in an apt in the Palms area near where the 10 and 405 intersect.
