Subject: Long run/bike mid week
Hi,

I am picking a plan and I know that I will always want my long run and/or bike to come mid week, rather than on the weekends. Is it easy to set it up so that they always fall mid week? Or will I need to move them all week by week?

Most  'long' workouts are on/near the weekends as that is when most people have time.  BUT feel free to adust by moving the whole plan up or down a few days to get it to fit your schedule.  Or just switch the long run with another workout...just so you have a 'lower intensity/short' workout the day after your long run...or a rest day too.

Ha! Brilliant, why didn't I think of that? I can just import the plan so that the long workouts will happen mid-week, not on the weekends. The plans don't have to "start on Monday"... wow, my pea brain is really stuck inside the box! LOL
