I ended up with blood in my urine and had to have lots of tests to determine if my was breaking down my muscle..it was all rather unpleasant. I was never really given an answer what happened and it hasn't really happened again. Doing lots of races is fun, just listen to your body. You probably can get away with it easier if you are fitter and have been for a few years. |
