Subject: RE: 1st tri swim training ???which plan is this? ..can you post a link to it? (I didn't see it in the "plans" section of this site). I too am training for my first sprint in Oct and would love some swim-specific workouts. I'm currently swimming about 3 times a week for 30 mins (not all freestyle.. back/side/freestyle/etc - just trying to move forward) - but fear this really isn't enough. I am working hard at practicing transitions (bike for 11 miles, 5 min transition time, then run 5k) - got to work the swim in tho... thanks in advance - Mike |
