Any suggestions on a good total body strength training dvd?
I need direction and motivation every time I do any type of weights and don't want to shell out the $$ for a personal trainer.

Both of the aforementioned are free. Make a good mixed cd of music or a good radio station and listen to it while lifting for motivation.
