You could ride a single loop of the IM course.

wonder how far the park is from the Ironman bike course?  guess I'll have to do some google mapping...I am planning on a 5 hour ride, so maybe one loop plus the to and fro will do it!

Here's a link to the IM bike course...

IM Louisville bike

From E.P. Tom Sawyer, I'd likely take this route...

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/map.asp?routeid=64295

That route will take you to the end of the out and back spur of the IM Louisville route.  You can then ride the loop portion of the course and decide if you have the time/interest to do a single or double loop from there.  Hope that helps.  BTW, that will give you one really nice climb before and after leaving the IM course.

There are a few rides on mapmyride.com  that would work for you.  Type in Louisville, KY with keyword sawyer.

Did this loop today and man is it hilly. We started at Bluegrass bicycles on 146 and went out to 392 to 42 then 42 to old sligo road. From old sligo we we hit 42 again back to 1684 back to 392 than it was home to 146 again. Total miles is 60 and time was 4:32 and some change with two stops to refill water. The hills are killer but a great ride.
