Subject: Racewalking

So, I'm watching the racewalking coverage from last night and dang, I will never feel bad about walking vs. running again!  I've always maintained that I thought I walked faster than I ran, I could be right.

It amazes me how fast these guys are going - and frankly, it looks PAINFUL with the way they have to do it.

Those people walk way faster than I run!! I have a book on how to racewalk, but I never focused on learning the technique, since my shins were on fire when I was trying to do so.
