Subject: MCL Issues Any words of Advice? Hi I am officially taking the title of "Rehab man" from my brother in law.
After 4.5 weeks of training I have been sidelined now for almost 2 months with MCL issues...
I tried running through it but it didn't get any better so I took time off and went to a Sports Clinic who told me to take more time off... That is where I am at now...
It isn't torn or swollen but it aches when I sit for longer than 10 minutes and then aches when I walk (though the pain subsides to a dull throb after a while )...
I am going to start spinning and may go a for a light run tomorrow...
Any other advice?
