Pre-race routine:

Camped out at the YMCA, got up at 5am and took down my tent, ate, and set up my TA
Event warmup:

Biked for about 10 minutes and swam for about 5. Was not feeling good beforehand. I actually layed down for about 15 minutes, I've had a sinus cold for the last couple of days.

Did not feel good at all. My arms were burning at the first buoy. My arms felt like jello. One of these races I'm going to swim 16-17 minutes.
