Swim
Comments: Did not feel good at all. My arms were burning at the first buoy. My arms felt like jello. One of these races I'm going to swim 16-17 minutes. What would you do differently?: Who knows. Transition 1

What would you do differently?: Not have a sinus cold. Transition 2

Comments: Pretty good run, thought I ran low 18 or maybe high 17 but I'm pretty content with 18:30 with this sinus cold. What would you do differently?: Not much. Post race

Camped out at the YMCA, got up at 5am and took down my tent, ate, and set up my TA
Biked for about 10 minutes and swam for about 5. Was not feeling good beforehand. I actually layed down for about 15 minutes, I've had a sinus cold for the last couple of days.
