I thought that at a race like this they would offer something other than water at the rest stations. Given the hot, humid conditions Electrolites were necessary.

Never assume a race will have an electrolite drink at race stations. From now on, I'll always bring my own!

Community support at this race is phenomenal! People were out all along the 10 mile course cheering us on, offering water, ice, and playing music. Well done city of Flint!
