Subject: RE: What supplements do you take? In the morning I take a 500mg VitC and maybe a 600mg Coral Complex. Post workout, my protein shake of choice is granola Source of Life by Natures Plus with some WF (Whole Foods ) brand soy protein. The Natures Plus has a lot of stuff and is great at keeping me going (bioflavs, spiru,enzymes,lipids,bee pollen,choline,paba, etc ) but gets expensive. During the day some WF Omega3 flax seed oil. After long runs I down WF MSM 500mg/Chon 500mg/Glucosamine 1000mg tab (WF brand ). At night I sleep after a couple GHR3 HGH tabs.
All are non-GMO, no artificial sweeteners (sucralose, aspartame, saccarin, etc ) |
