I got behind two U12 girls that held me up ... finally passed them. I was happy with my swim. I feel I have improved but I am still so slow compared to others!!

I had problems getting into my aero helment. That was the first I have used it in racing or trainig. I figured "how hard could it be?" Typical man answer!! Well it was hard enough to screw myself out of some valuable time!! The circus act continues!!

My concentration on the running of my training is catching up with me on the bike. I need to spend a little more time on the bike.

A little better in T2 except for the wrong turn I took. I went right when I should went left to run out of T2. That cost me a few seconds I'm sure.

Good race with great help ... I will come back again next year. I met Spot, (another BTer!) just before the swim which was cool! He did a great job with a 1:07!!
