Swim
Comments: Much better swim then last year. Steady pace. Had no trouble getting out of breath like last year. What would you do differently?: Nothing, except practice to get stronger and faster Transition 1
Comments: Actually this race has the run split with 1.5 miles after the swim and 1.5 miles after the bike What would you do differently?: Train on running and loss weight Bike
Comments: Had strong bike for me. Passed many peoplpe and di not get passed much Transition 2
Run
Comments: Ran/ Walked all of the run. Better then last year, but still not very good What would you do differently?: Need to do a lot more run training and loss more weight Post race

Arrived night before and stayed at Hotel next to race arear. Ate dinner at local resturant..Had GRilled Chicken and rice w/salad.
Had Clif bar and water at 4:00 am for breakfast.
Walked 3/4 mile to swim start
