Pre-race routine:

Arrived night before and stayed at Hotel next to race arear. Ate dinner at local resturant..Had GRilled Chicken and rice w/salad.

Had Clif bar and water at 4:00 am for breakfast.

Much better swim then last year. Steady pace. Had no trouble getting out of breath like last year.

Nothing, except practice to get stronger and faster
