Subject: Ten Months of Recovery! To all those who are injured (or about to be ), there is always light at the end of the tunnel. I had a major knee reconstruction 10 months ago. I'm now riding at my best level ever. I will start light jogging on my one year anniversary, and I'm planning on at least one tri next year. My pain level had basically made running impossible, but today, I'm pain free and looking for a sprint for next year (a flat course as opposed to a trail ). I'll be jockstr@pping for my wife in two weeks, and I can't wait. She is going to win her age group...I just feel it.
Anyway, to the injured...hang in there. I finally figured out the Album thing...you can see where I have come from in 10 months. I'm riding 80 Miles per week, and getting ready for Deathride 2009!!!
Heal well, hang in there! Never give up, never surrender! |
