Omega - 2008-09-21 6:31 PM Your first tri?  Great job!  I can't wait to see what you do at CA 70.3.

 You and me both!!  I've already started kicking up the conditioning/base building workouts to prepare.  I'm signed up/planning for quite a few Oly events before then.  Quite a bit of time to put everything together, but I, like many others I am sure, am having the "I must be crazy to have signed up for this ..." phase now.  Truth be told, I am looking forward to it though, beyond the unknown aspect.
