Subject: Water help! Hydration without urination...? LOLHow do you make sure you're hydrated for a race without having to go pee during the race? I went for a timed run last night and had to "go" almost as soon as I started. I started to feel dehydrated about half way through and took a few sips of water but by the end I really had to go!! I'm training for my first sprint triathlon that is THIS Sunday and I'm weary of becoming dehydrated or having to go in the middle of a race. Its 1/4 mile swim, 10 mile bike, 3 mile beach run. I'm mostly concerned with the run. No matter how much I try to keep up on water, I find I feel dehydrated by the end-- headache, reduced sweating, thirsty. How do you guys cope? I need hydration without urination. :P |
