Ergometer test

In 2 weeks I have to go to the sport medicine center to make the yearly test for getting the update on racing certificate. This is something does not exist in most of the countries but I need to do it here.

You can choose the Conconi test on the treadmill or ergometer test for the bike. I always did on the treadmill but this time I am going to make it on the bike to have a reference for the future.

The doctor asked me what kind of test you want to make on the bike: FTP? Something like Conconi for the bike? Which are the most common bike tests?
