everybody ready for this one?  anyone coming from hampton roads and want to carpool?  my first race and i'm nervous as hell....

I'm not, but wanted to wish you good luck!  I did the Cape Henlopen Tri in Lewes, DE yesterday and the swim was cancelled because of rough surf.  I hope it calms down for you this weekend.

I won't be at the event, but I've heard great things about it. You'll be fine, my first tri was nearby (Pocomoke) and the terrain in that area is perfect for a first race. Good luck!

This is a great "first race" as the current pushes you along nicely and the roads are almost pancake flat!
