Comments:

Had issues with stomach and had to stop for restroom break, lost pace group. Not sure what caused it, guessing white sauce on dinner last night.
legs where dead at 22.
What would you do differently?:

eat at home prior to race day no going out to eat.
Post race
Warm down:

waited for dad to finish walked to car . had an ice bath when i got home. rested with pizza.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

stomach issues, stopping to drink water, need to stop this

Event comments:

They started the half marathon 5 min after marathon and walkers created log jams in construction zones, did not effect me, half marathoners did not like this.

Awesome race Ranger! It sounds like you and your Dad both had a great day!

Bummer about the stomach issues ( I have had mine own since Friday) but now you know...eat at home!

Congrats, and enjoy your recovery!
