Comments:

I love this run. It's flat and fast. It's also nice to run a race in the evening knowing that really good food is at the finish line!

What would you do differently?:

nothing...it's a fun event.

Post race

Warm down:

After I crossed the finish line, I went back looking for my family. Saw David pushing the boys. I kept going on the course. After walking about 1/2 mile, I found my girls. They were having fun and ready for some food. We walked/jogged the last 1/2 mile together.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nothing

Event comments:

This is a great family event with awesome post run activities! The food is sensational. The band is rocking and they even have a face painting station for the kids. The beer/wine is a plus too!
