WTB: Roller Skis and/or 700cc Road Wheelset

If you xc ski, you know what I'm looking for.  Would prefer skate or combi version, but will consider classical as well.  Want some that aren't too old, but if I have to buy new wheels then that's ok- just should be reflected in price.

OR

Looking for a decent wheelset 1500 grams or less, preferably looks newish.  700cc, clincher prefered.  Something to compete with my other alternative- vuelta xrp pro SL (~1500 grams, $220) from bikeisland.com (I really like the vuelta wheels).  Something that is low-mid (or high!) level race quality.

This is my birthday present, can only do one or the other.  Looking to spend around $200 or less.  Less is ALWAYS better!
