Comments: I have been nursing a strained lower back and was tempted to not run but did. Actually the back held out and did not cause any major discomfort. Developed blister on right arch at about mile four. Now this caused me pain for most of the race. Definitely impacted overall time. What would you do differently?: Make sure sole inners are in the proper position in the shoe. Still need to work on endurance. Post race
