Pre-race routine:

Got up early enough for a bagel and PB, laid around a little bit and finally got in the car around 8:30 a.m. Picked up the packet, went potty and watched the 5K finish up.
Event warmup:

Just a short warm-up...probably should have been longer. Made the last minute decision to get my sunglasses out of the truck, which ended up being a good idea.

Comments:

Overall, not bad. My splits were fairly consistent, much more so than they have been in the past. I eased up when I felt like I needed a little recovery, and generally went based on feel instead of pace/HR.
What would you do differently?:

I should have pushed it a bit more the last mile. I did good going up the hill, but I should have pushed it a bit more on the road leading up to that hill.
