Comments: First mile felt fast , but sustainable Middle portion was tough dealing with the snow Last portin I stayed about 5 steps back from a couple a knew and was bound to beat. They passed me rigt after the 2 mile mark and then kept behind them anywhere from 15 to 5 feet back. I closed the gap a bit going up a short hill and then prepare then set up for the final 200 yard kick...it worked perfectly I heard someone say 200 yards and I then DTFU. as I dusted the couple I heard her say "that scared me" as I accelrated past them, pretty sure they had no clue I was lurking behind. He's in my AG so I least Imoved up one spot. I crossed the line at top speed and gernerally happy with the run and time What would you do differently?: get the snow off the roads Post race
Warm down: grabbed some eats and then drove home for baby watch day 275 What limited your ability to perform faster: snow on hill and roads Last updated: 2008-11-24 12:00 AM
