Pre-race routine:

drove to northampton. hung out at a local coffee shop until it was time to warm up.

Event warmup:

ran for 5 or so minutes, followed by a couple of strides

Run

Comments:

wow, bad race for me. was running at 5K effort but long run pace up until the downhill, when I managed to turn it on a little bit.

What would you do differently?:

not be sick?

Post race

Warm down:

got my cool mug, met back up with friends, went out for a yummy lunch.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

breathing and legs.

Event comments:

only negative is that I didn't hear them start the race. otherwise great race for a great cause.
