Comments:

Body was not healthy and was not conditioned for race. Body felt like it just wanted to stop working after the 5K. Wake up call!!!
What would you do differently?:

Train harder and give mor erecovery time after a cold.

Mile 1 - 8.39 Good Mile time. Felt good. Mile 2 - 8.15 Starting to feel it Mile 3 - 8.23 Really starting to feel rough Mile 4 - 9.51 This mile really hurt. Cramps. Mile 5 - 10.43 Had to walk for about 15 seconds in the middle. Painful. Mile 6.2 - 13.33 Too much pain, ha. Had to finish though. Walked for another 15 - 20 seconds in the middle. Finished strong.. I guess.. thanks to some cheering.
Course: Really nice course. last 2 miles were down hill

Thanks Tech.

I was acctually thinking that too when I finished and was talking to AIMS. It wasnt too long ago when my goal was an hour. But it was just the shape my body was in while I was running. I was pushing it a little too hard. But thank you and hopefully my butt gets in gear.

Big D,

sub-60 is still a good time. you've been sick, and it obviously took a toll on your body. even still, great race! it was good to see you again. there will be more races. in the mean time, keep training.
