Comments: i wasn't setting out to PR but about two miles in I was loosening up after the heavy bike intervals the night before. I decided to race it instead of just run it. What would you do differently?: Not much. This was Ok for one month after an IM. Need more running and more speed work. Btter post race stretching. Post race
Warm down: Active stretching at the awards ceremony. Missed out one place to Andrew by 30 secs. should have run harder the third and fourth mile. What limited your ability to perform faster: More speed work. no coffee one hour before the race. Event comments: A fun little local race that was scenic. The race director is a hottie too.
