Dinner is still undecided for me since it'll be a long drive. Scott, I'll let you know.

I'm in for lunch/beer post race. Shall we meet at BBC starting at noon? People can just come when they finish. Scott, will we need another reservation?

BBC for lunch/beer sounds great, but I won't be done running until almost 12:30 so I probably wouldn't be there until almost 1:00.  Since others will be running faster and/or running the 10k, I'm not sure how we could work things out reservation-wise, but if someone wants to give it a shot that's cool.

I'm OK with dinner on Saturday night, but after the 10-K, I'm hoping to hang around and maybe cheer on some of the 1/2 marathon runners as they come in, and then heading home after that.  Since I have a 2+ hour ride and there is a prediction of some stormy weather on Sunday, I'm going to play it all by ear.

I'm doing the half and then planning to stay for lunch after. Anywhere that has good beer gets a big thumbs up from me. See you all at 9:30 this snowy Sunday!

So as of now, it looks like snow/rain on Sunday morning.  Looks like all my letters to Mother Nature went ignored.  Although I can make it through the weather,  I am not sure about the family.  That being said it may just be me on Sat night for dinner.  Anyone else adjusting their plans because of the weather?

Isn't there a bar area that we can all just gather in perhaps? That way people can get there when they get there?

Yes there is, which is what I assumed we would do, so we don't need a reservation.

Looks like hubby has to work this weekend so my family isn't coming (unless something changes today).    Oh well, I could use a weekend to myself!   I'm up for beer after the race or really anytime!

I'm doing the 1/2 ...but I would love to gather with everyone after the race. How 'bout we meet at Brirtish Beer. I will make a reservation so we can all have a place. Last year this place was very crowded after the race. I'll make the reservation under " BT group". Just give me an idea if you plan  on coming so I can get a big enough table.

I have no idea when I will finish...rain is not real fun!

I'll be there after my 1/2. I am not sure exactly with how many people right now... but probably at least me plus 1. If it changes too much and it becomes a pain with the reservation we will just break off or something.

Good luck to everyone!

Thanks MAV- put me down for 2 coming after the race (might be 3). I will probably be last there so save a drink for me.  Let's hope this wind today pushes whatever snow/rain there is out to sea!

I called British Beer Co and explained that  BT GROUP will begin arriving around 12. I figured this would allow the 10Kers time to dry off change and warm up a little before heading over. I am doing the half so its anyone's guess when I'll get there

I made resevations for 15 and explained that people are racing and will be coming in at different times. They said we could pull up more chairs as necessary.

To ease the process let the server know who is in your group when ordering so you can get a seperate check. That way the server doesnt loose his/her mind!

Good Luck to everyone. Lets all pray for dry weather or VERY light precipitation!!!!!

Nice job out there today everyone!  So disappointed I didn't make it to BBC after.  My daughter got sicker and sicker as the day went by.   Poor thing.  Look forward to seeing you all again at the next race!
