This was a neat event. I decided to do the beer run and drink 4 oz. of beer at 6 drink stations during the 5K. I felt ok during the run but some of the beer spilled on my face and gloves which got really cold out there.

I was the first finisher of those competing in the beer run and took 5th place overall in the 5K.

I would maybe consider not competing in the beer run and maybe just trying to see how fast I could go in the 5K.

I didn't do too much. I went and got a beer refill and stretched a bit.


Drinking 4 oz. beer at each of the tables (6 total stations during 5K).


This was the first year for this event. I though it was fun and a neat idea, but it had some first year hiccups.
