I am using the TRX system to perform my strength training. Currently I am tracking this outside of BT. Does anyone know if there is a way that I can add my custom exercises to BT? I would really like to be able to consolidate all my training into a single place.
pg, I do the P90X system that doesn't track well in BT. What I do is use the general for the different parts and just track time. Not the best but it does at least keep time for me.
