Keuka Lake Triathlon (Page 2)

The town of Pittsford puts on a Sprint usually the first weekend of June. It's a pool swim. I haven't seen anything about it yet this year, but they usually announce it late.

What about a Duathlon? There's the Fly By Night Duathlon in Watkins Glen on May 30 and the Rochester Spring Classic on May 16.

I received a flier about the Pittsford Triathlon this weekend.  I’ll double check when I get home, but I believe it is scheduled for June 7^th, the same date as Keuka. 

There is also a seminar being put on at the course prior to the race that takes everyone through the basics of preparation ect. and gives them a preview of the course.  The cost was $10.  If anyone is interested and doesn’t have the details let me know and I’ll see if I can dig up the information.
