That's what you see on the plan for Monday, two workouts in one day. If you just don't have the time for 2 in one day, you can do one of those workouts on Tuesday. You'll get the most benefit from consistent training over a period of time, so try to stick to the schedule, but don't drive yourself nuts if you miss one.
