Welcome and congrats on your decision to do a tri! Part of the commitment for many of us includes 2 workouts in a day. That's what you see on the plan for Monday, two workouts in one day.

If you just don't have the time for 2 in one day, you can do one of those workouts on Tuesday. You'll get the most benefit from consistent training over a period of time, so try to stick to the schedule, but don't drive yourself nuts if you miss one. Just do the next workout and keep progressing.

I usually do my short swim and short run on the same day, since they are less time than the short bike. It works for my schedule very well. i schedule the short bike for a day by itself, then a rest day, then all the long workouts followed by a rest day. I'm doing the sprint 2x, but the pattern of workouts is the same.
