Subject: Bar end shifter compatibility
I just received bar end shifters (shimano 9 speed dura ace). The shifters say they are compatible with "RD-7700(9s) & RD-7400(8s)". My question is, would it be compatible with a Shimano 9 speed 105 front and rear derailleur? I hope I didn't just order something that won't work.

I was worried about the same thing with my ultegra setup.  Problem is, the don't make 105 or ultegra bar end shifters....

But they work with 105 and Ultegra anyway, despite what they publish.
