What limited your ability to perform faster: Being an enduro format, I was not really sure how to pace myself. I went flat out for the first round of swim, ride and run. Second leg I took a little easier as I knew I had one more leg to go. Probably could have gone harder on the second leg as I had a bit left in the tank on the final run Event comments: Would be nice if each individual leg was timed. An overall time is not all that helpful with evaluating performance, and not all of us have fancy watches capable of giving lap times for each leg. Last updated: 2009-02-07 12:00 AM
