Pre-race routine:

Run around like crazy, pick up friend on the way out to event and park. Trot over to Registration only to find out they have run out of registration forms and they had cut off registration. DAMN!

Got over the stress of not making it to Registration in time. It was a bit chilly out but it did not make a difference once we got going.
It was funny, I just hitched my entire race behind a girl that was flying! She had a great pace and wound her way thru the crowd like a pro! I almost had to let her go about a mile left to go. But, I stayed with/behind her and sprinted thru the finish.
Thanks to whoever you were and, man, you're fast! I think this was my fastest 8K ever! I only wish I had the chip timing.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, absolutely nothing. This was a great run/race all thanks to my rabbit.
