Hey everyone,

I'm training for Boston right now and unfortunately had a pretty bad IT Band flare-up. I've never had this before and it couldn't be worse timing. Anyway, I heard that ART therapy can do wonders for ITB pain so I figured I'd check it out.

Anyone have a recommendation of a good therapist in MA? I live on the North Shore but will travel if I need to.

Thanks!

Josh Dubin in Quincy....he travels with US National Team to worlds for Triathlon.

I've seen him for a number of issues. He is a triathlete and has done Ironman and understands us triathletes well.

I'd love to find someone closer to where I live..No Attleboro..anyone have a suggestion?
