Java pop up issue

Whenever I log onto my training log from my home computer (which runs Vista, unlike all my other computers where I have no problems), it won't show the training graphs until I click "run" twice in response to pop up dialog boxes which say, basically, that "the application wants to run an older version of Java; okay?"

Does this happen to anyone else?  Any way to stop the boxes from popping up?  It's not a huge deal, but it is sort of distracting to have to click through the boxes literally every time I land on the page.  And, yes, I have the most recent version of Java installed on my system.
