Comments:

Did a good job of keeping my HR at LT most of the race (except the hills of course). Finished very strong and passed 2 guys I was chasing for the past 4 miles.

10 min EASY jog.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

No mileage markers so it was tough to know when to kick it in.
