Got up showered and had the usual breakfast and got downtown early... 8:30 am. Met up with my Runclub/Pubrunner buddys and stretched.

Ditch the iPod and maybe taken a rest day before the race...

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not resting the day before and my iPod earphones kept falling out. I spent a long time messing with those.
