Subject: New PR in 100 yard free
Hello. Just sharing my joy over new record. I started swim training six weeks ago from nothing. Literally. Not one lap swam in my life. When I started I could barely swim a 50 and breathe correctly. I don't think I could swim more than 25 come to think of it. I posted my first timed 100 at near all out effort and did it in 1min33sec. Before today when doing 100yard sets my fastest 100 was 1min42sec. Thought others would enjoy hearing about progress. Happy training.

Darn kids! Took me over six months to get to do 100 in the 1:40/1:35 range...15 months to be exact. You did it in 6 weeks. Wow! Keep it up.
