Subject: Breast cancer survivors and Ironman
Anybody out there who has had a tram flap (free) and is training/done and Ironman. Just wondering if it's doable. Have completed one IM and was training for this year (not recording on this site though) 15 weeks in and now have to have bilat mastectomy with tram. Wondering about the muscle loss

I too have the tram flap but have not done the IM....good luck! YOU CAN DO IT!
